Asked Questions."
Q.
- If I get one of your multimedia
setups do I have to pay an additional fee for you to play your exclusive
dvd sets, music videos, kids games, and computer animation & graphics?
A.
- No, whenever we bring
one of our video wall packages or LCD projector/Screen options to
your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair we always include, at no charge, all of our standard pre-produced
multimedia presentations.

- If I have a special video
tape(s) and/or photo(s) which I would like my guests to be able to
watch at my Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair, would M&M be able to accommodate this?
A.
- Yes, and it is highly
recommended. M&M uses the latest DVD technology to display your
family photos and videos at your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair. We will scan and retouch
your photos and record them to DVD with CD quality music. We transfer
your videos to DVD using the highest quality equipment. (VHS is unreliable,
unstable, and the audio is poor)

- I am tired of seeing the
exact same thing at every party I attend. I want my party to be unique
and different from the dozens of other parties going on every weekend?
A.
- That's easy for M&M!
All of our multimedia sets and interactive games are M&M
exclusives. In other words, we made them up, so you will never see
a party like ours anywhere, with any other company. Our producers
work with our MCs and party planners to create several new multimedia
presentations a year to insure that your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair will not only be unique,
but also an M&M first!

- How far do you travel
to perform?

- We will travel anywhere
in the world to perform for your function.

- How far in advance do
we need to book?
A.
- Our most popular dates
get booked well over two years in advance, but we've performed on
2 days notice!

- Do you need to have a
special venue to work in?
A.
- No, we perform in convention
centers, ballrooms, cruise ships, backyards, and everything in between!

- Will you work with my
party planner?
A.
- We are more than happy
to involve as many people as necessary to insure your peace of mind.

- Do you take any breaks
during the event?
A.
- We do not take breaks,
so that you can.
We pride ourselves on delivering not only continuous music, but continuous
interaction.

- Can you work around my
theme?
A.
- Of course. We can provide
costumes & thematic music as well as personalized dvd video presentations
to match your theme on any one of our exclusive video wall or projection
systems.

- Will your dancers "take
over" my party?
A.
- Unless instructed to do
so, our dancers never do "floor shows" where people simply
watch. They engage all your guests with energy, excitement, and professionalism
(without being overbearing).

- How old are your dancers?
A.
- Their ages range from
20 to 30. Old enough to be mature and professional, but still young
enough to have boundless energy!

- What kind of music will
the DJ/VJ bring to the party?
A.
- In addition to all your
requests, M&M DJs and VJs are always required to bring the M&M
custom CD and DVD library. Our custom library includes the Big Bands,
all the best of the 50's and 60's, disco, your favorite party classics
(YMCA, Electric Slide, Hands Up, etc.) the latest top 40 dance songs
and music videos, traditional music, background and cocktail music/DVDs,
the best selection of slow songs, and the most popular kids music
and videos. (Rap, Alternative, Bass, Techno, R&B.)

- When will I receive my
candle lighting forms, what do they include? (Bar/Bat Mitzvahs)
A.
- You will receive your
candle lighting forms approximately three months prior to your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair.
The forms can be mailed to you, faxed to you, or be accessed from
the M&M web site via the "clients only" button on our
home page (mnment.com) You will be given a passcode that will enable
you to access all our online forms, and the latest client information.
We recommend filling out your Candle Lighting forms online as it tends
to be efficient and accurate. These online pages include a party information
sheet (this tells us all your requests, special announcements, please
DO's and DON'Ts), candle lighting sheet (this is where you fill in
all your candle lighting songs, who's doing the motzi/toast), candle
lighting pictures page (photos from past candle lighting ceremonies),
and a suggestive song list (an alphabetical and numerical listing
of categorized songs for aunts & uncles, cousins, friends, brothers
and sisters, grandparents, parents, and the guest of honor [over 600
selections]. There is also a party detail sheet to fill in all the
pertinent details of your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair. (Time of affair, Location of affair
with the address and phone number, etc.)

- When will I hear from
M&M to finalize details of my party?
A.
- Approximately two weeks
prior to your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair an M&M coordinator will call you at home.
The finalization procedure is difficult for us if we have not received
the requested forms. It is at this time that we will walk you through
every detail of your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair and answer any and all questions.

- Will I speak to the MC
in advance of my party?
A.
- All MCs and Party Entertainers
are M&M employees who are under contract to work for us only at
parties. They are not in the office on a daily basis. The coordinator
who finalizes your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair with you will relay all relevant information
to the MC and Party Entertainers performing at your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair.

- When is it mandatory that
I have all of my music turned in?
A.
- We must have all your
music requests no later than two weeks prior to the commencement of
your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair. This allows us enough time to fully prepare for your
specific music needs and go over them with you during finalization.
Q.
- Do I have a say in the
selection of music played at my party?
A.
- Over the years M&M
has developed a comprehensive repertoire of music that works well
at parties like yours; we have a keen sense of what works and what
doesnt for your type of party. However, we understand that this
is your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair and you may let us know whatever kind of music, or
very special songs, you would like to hear at your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah party and we will
DO OUR BEST to accommodate you.

- Who will be performing
at my Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair?
A.
- M&M takes great care
in the assignment of performers. Once we have received all your forms
we are then able to get a good sense of what your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah party requires.
We take into account such factors as the type of party (i.e., a wedding
or corporate party versus a Bar/Bat mitzvah), the mood, and the pace.

- What is in a crate of
party goods? How many party goods do you recommend?
A.
- Generally, there are over
400 assorted party favors in a crate of party goods. These items are
broken down into sections that are given out with each different set
of music we play to greater enhance the atmosphere of your entire
party from beginning to end. At this time a crate includes such items
as sombreros, tambourines, leis, maracas, large foam hands, several
different types of sunglasses, blowup instruments, earrings, necklaces,
boas, assorted masks, assorted hats, indian headdresses, etc. We recommend
that you double the amount of party favors to the number of guests.
We know from experience that the adults love our party favors as much
as the kids do.

- When will you arrive at
my party?
A.
- We arrive approximately
2-3 hours before your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah party begins. This gives us plenty of time to
set up our equipment, do a sound check
and microphone check (well before your cocktail hour begins so none
of your guests are disturbed), and prepare our costumes and party
favors. This also allows the MC and his troupe time to speak
with the caterers, photographers, and video personal, to ensure
a smooth running party.

- At what point of the party
do I incorporate the more traditional aspects?
A.
- M&M is sensitive to
the traditional aspects of a religious celebration. Our entire staff
is experienced and fully educated on all the traditional aspects of
any affair. Your master of ceremonies and/or Disc Jockey works closely
with your catering director at the event to ensure proper timing and
flow for the following. Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. From the celebration
Hora to the Motzi over the Challah and the Candlelighting Ceremony.
Weddings: From the reception entrance and the first dance to
the cake cutting ceremony and the tossing of the bouquet.
Q.
- How do I make final payment?
A.
- Payment is made either
by cash, check, money order or credit card 14 days prior to M&M's
performance at your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah affair. Your final
balance payment can be mailed or your credit card charged. (+2.5%
finance charge for credit card final payments only)

- Are gratuities expected
and/or appropriate?
A.
- Gratuities are accepted
and greatly appreciated by our entertainers, however, it is always
at your discretion.
